Ticket Information
php|tek is divided in two sub-events:
- Tutorial day on May 24
- Main conference May 25 through May 27
Access to the tutorial day requires a Full Experience Ticket. All tickets include:
- Access to the conference events on the days of validity
- Access to all social/networking events on the days of validity
- Lunch (May, 24, 25 and 26, as applicable)
Important: conference tickets are subject to availability—our spring conference often sells out early, so we recommend securing your seat as early on as possible.

Special Hotel Rates
We have negotiated the special rate of $140 a night (plus 13% tax) at the conference hotel. For your convenience, you can make a reservation right when you sign up, or call in at a later point directly with our office. Note that the number of hotel rooms available at this rate is very limited and subject to availability.
Discounts
As always, we offer generous discounts to certain groups. In order to qualify, you must belong to one of these categories:
- Student
- OSS Usergroup member (PHP, MySQL, Linux, etc.)
- Government agency (all levels, as well as extra-governmental)
- Member of academia (both teaching and support staff)
- Alumni who have attended a previous php|architect conference or CodeWorks event

Refund Policy
All conference sales are final and non-refundable, but can be transferred to a third party (such as a friend or coworker) at no cost, provided that you do not charge that person more than you paid for for the ticket.
